The comfortable apartment has big sash-windows and its own balcony. Waking up with a panoramic view of the lake is one of the major perks of staying here. Surrounding the apartment there is a large private L-shaped terrace, with shade. The apartment itself offers room for 2 to 6 people, has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom. The second unit near the swimming pool offers room for 2 to 4 people. The pool is also private and has its own set of house rules.

Please note, that we are close to lots of water and our rough terrain is also home to dogs. Our apartment(s) are therefore not suited for little children .

- Terms of agreement -

       Rental of the apartment(s) can only happen under the following conditions.


  • Reservation is only guaranteed with a non-refundable 25% booking deposit.

  • Bank details will be supplied on request for a direct bank transfer. If the apartment is available, the deposit must be paid within a week of booking, otherwise the reservation is cancelled. Once a reservation is confirmed, written confirmation will be sent by email. 

  • The accommodation will only be available once the deposits and balance have been paid, which must be 30 days before arrival.

  • The minimum stay is 5 nights, during high season (July and August) and 2 nights outside high season.

  • If the reservation is cancelled, the booking deposit will not be refunded.

  • The apartment will be available at 3pm. on the arrival date and must be vacated by 11am. on the day of the departure.

  • Odulce is not responsible for any accidents that may happen on the premises during your stay - inside or outside the apartment(s). Nor are we responsible for later injuries resulting from your stay.

  • Any damage to furniture or facilities in and around the apartment(s) will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • The full security deposit (or a proportion of this, in case of damage) will be reimbursed within 14 days of departure.

  • Odulce cannot be held responsible for bad weather conditions or problems arising from 3rd-party activity reservations. Neither are we responsible for problems associated with any recommended holiday bookings, should our accommodation be unavailable.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment(s).

  • The use of the pool is at your own risk.

  •  Please note: The lake, pool, terrain and animals running loose, make the accommodation unsuitable for children below the age of 12.
